The US Icelandic Horse Congress has discontinued use of the online Proposal Tracking tool.

This tool was created in hopes of improving the transparency of addressing issues and concerns from the membership. Unfortunately, the process never quite worked correctly. The Board took the decision, in November 2009, to retire this tool in favor of tracking active issues via the committee reports section of the monthly conference call minutes.

Concerned members should contact the appropriate committee chair (a complete list is on the website. If you aren't sure which committee is most appropriate, contact the Board president, who can help you find the correct committee.
