The Icelandic Horse Quarterly Committee oversees the production of The Icelandic Horse Quarterly, the official publication of the United States Icelandic Horse Congress (USIHC). The committee works collaboratively to plan themes, solicit and review articles, coordinate photography, edit content, and ensure each issue reflects the breadth and depth of the Icelandic horse community.
