Join The National Development Team

The United States Icelandic Horse Congress (USIHC) is excited to announce the launch of the USIHC Development Team — a new initiative dedicated to promoting Icelandic horse sport across the United States. The Team’s mission is to inspire and support riders at every level of experience, from first-time competitors to those participating in individual and open classes. One of the team’s core goals is to build a strong community that celebrates all aspects of the Icelandic horse, recognizing that “the best competition horses also make the best trail horses.”

Through specialized education, training opportunities and mentorship, the Development Team will provide members with the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to grow as riders and ambassadors of the Icelandic horse.
